InsGame provides free games online and will process your personal information when you play

data. If you log in to InsGame with your social media account, we will receive information about
you including your name, profile picture and email address. We also receive information from
third parties such as social media platforms.

improve them. We will also use your Information to respond to your questions. We sometimes
send you push notifications. You can choose to stop receiving these at any time, by changing your
device settings.

such as game servers. We also work with certain advertising partners to show you ads.

This Privacy Policy applies to InsGame provided by us. Before using the products and services we
offer, you must carefully read and fully understand this Privacy Policy, and make the choices you
deem appropriate. Your agreement to this Privacy Policy means you consent to our processing
of your relevant personal information in accordance with the corresponding provisions of this
Privacy Policy.
1. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We will process and use the following Information about you:
Information you provide to us
Registration information: After you download and install InsGame, you can
register and log in to your InsGame account by providing a "password", or "email
address plus verification code", or "mobile phone number plus verification code".
You may also log in to your InsGame account using a third-party platform account
(Google Account). When performing the above operations, you may need to
authorize us to obtain your account information from the third-party platform
(including nickname, avatar, and mobile phone number; the specific information
depends on the login method you choose and the corresponding authorization
content) and bind it to your InsGame account. This is to enable quick login and
ensure the security of your account. We will collect and use your personal
information within the scope of your authorization.
Collecting information through feedback: When you use the Feedback function,
we may collect the following information from you: contact information (the email
address you use to communicate with us), the information you provide in your
feedback (including text and images), and other necessary information related to
your needs. We will analyze the aforementioned information to identify issues and
strive to resolve them.
Search History Information: When you use the search function, we need to collect
the search terms you enter, your browsing history and time, search time, and the
number of click interactions. This is to provide you with the content you need,
display your search history, and offer you more accurate personalized
recommendation services.You can click the "Clear History" button at the top right
corner of the search history section on the search interface to clear your historical
search records. After you clear your historical search records, we will no longer use
your historical search records to provide you with personalized content
recommendation services.
Information we automatically collect or is generated about you when you use
InsGame
Identifiers: your IP address, advertising ID, Adjust ID, HTTP header, MAC address,
device ID, third-party app IDs (apptoken), unique InsGame ID, country and city
level location data and device information (such as model, brand, language, and
operating system).
Cookies: To ensure the proper operation of InsGame, we may store small data files
called Cookies on your device. Cookies typically contain identifiers, website names,
as well as numbers and characters. When we send Cookies to you, it is to simplify
your repeated login process, store your browsing preferences to provide you with
personalized browsing settings, help determine your login status, and protect
account or data security. We will not use Cookies for any purposes other than
those described in this Policy. You can manage or delete Cookies according to your

Information about your use of InsGame: browsing history, game play records,
interaction behavior logs, participation in advertisements, and evidence of your

Information received from third parties
Registration via third parties: when you register using a third-party account (e.g.
Google or Apple) , we receive your name, profile picture, third party ID, email
address (optional) and friends list (optional).
Advertising partners: we receive Information from third-party advertising
providers, including user ID and Information on your interactions with advertising
shown in on InsGame.
CHILDREN
Our InsGame are not targeted at people who are under the age of 13 (Child or Children).
If you are a Child, we recommend that you obtain permission from your parents or legal guardian
(Parents) to play our Games. You should also read this Policy with your Parents so they can
help you understand anything you may not understand. If you are a Parent and are concerned
about your Child’s use of our InsGame or have any questions, you can contact us at

2. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use your Information to:
Provide you with the Video and Photo: We will use your information to
recommend personalized videos and images for you (including when you use the
service as a visitor), and to enable you to like and save videos and images.
Provide you with the Games: We will use your information to recommend
personalized games for you, allow you to favorite games, and save your game
progress.
Develop, improve and assess products and services: It is in our legitimate interest
to develop, improve and assess our products and services , for which we may use
your Information, as listed in this Policy. When we share your Information with
vendors, they may also use your Information to develop, improve or assess their
products and services.
Provide you with support and to respond to your requests or complaints: If you
reach out to us for support, we will use your Information to create a support
account for you, respond and resolve your queries and complaints, facilitate
support (e.g., retrieval of a forgotten password). When doing so, we perform our
contractual obligation towards you. The Information we process when doing so
includes your registration Information, your identifiers, information about your
device such as your Wi-Fi strength and the amount of free space on your device.
Conducting analysis: Analyzing the usage of our games, videos, images, and
advertising campaigns, as well as any other related interactions or benefits. In
doing so, we will process the relevant information about you that is automatically
collected or generated when you play games, watch videos, view images, and
interact with advertising campaigns, for the purposes of creating anonymous and
aggregated data, developing user segments that exhibit specific characteristics or
interests, and conducting predictive analysis of your interests.
Provide you with advertising: We will present you with ads and suggestions in our
Games and elsewhere. These may be ads relating to our own Games or other
services you may be interested in. These ads and suggestions may be tailored
specifically to you. Where it is required, we will only do so where we have your
consent. In situations where your consent is not required, or where we provide
contextual advertising, we do so based on our legitimate interests. To tailor ads
and to allow our advertising partners to tailor ads, we process Information we
automatically collect or is generated about you when you play the Games and
Information received from third parties.
Prevent fraud, defend InsGame against legal claims or disputes, enforce our
terms and to comply with our legal obligations: It is in our legitimate interests to
protect our users against online abuse and other anti-social or illegal activity.
Furthermore, it is also in our legitimate interest to protect our interests by (1)
monitoring Game use to detect fraud or any other user behaviour which
prejudices the integrity of our Games, (2) taking steps to remedy fraud and
concerning behaviour, (3) defending ourselves against legal claims or disputes, and
(4) enforcing our terms and policies. When doing so, we will process the
Information relevant in such a case, including Information you provide us,
Information we automatically collect about you, and Information which is
provided to us by third parties.
Conduct surveys: From time to time, we may ask you to participate in surveys we
conduct which are in our legitimate interest because they help us understand our
userbase and improve the InsGame. If you choose to participate, we process your
registration Information and any other Information collected through the survey
questions.
3. WHO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH
We share your Information with selected third parties, including:
Other players and users will see your profile Information and in-game activities, as
well as any other Information you choose to share with them;
Vendors and service providers we rely on for the provision of the InsGame,
including cloud service providers who rely on for data storage;

advertisers who will use them to serve you with ads in our Games, and we

along with the interests or other characteristics of a device or the person using it,
to help partners decide whether to serve an ad to that device or to enable them to
conduct marketing, brand analysis, personalise advertising, or similar activities.

Third party developers: When we publish third party games, we share your
Information with the developer of the relevant Game in order to provide you with
the Game.
Law enforcement agencies, public authorities or other judicial bodies and
organisations: We disclose Information if we are legally required to do so, or if we
have a good faith belief that such use is reasonably necessary to comply with a
legal obligation, process or request; enforce our terms of service and other
agreements, policies, and standards, including investigation of any potential
violation thereof; detect, prevent or otherwise address security, fraud or technical
issues; or protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users, a third party or the
public as required or permitted by law (including exchanging information with
other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection).
Change of corporate ownership: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition,
bankruptcy, reorganisation, partnership, asset sale or other transaction, we may
disclose your Information as part of that transaction.
SECURITY
Although we have in place security measures to maintain the privacy and integrity of your
Information, unfortunately, the transmission of Information via the internet is not completely
secure. We may also take extra steps to protect your Information and minimise the Information
we process. For example, when you provide us with your password as part of the registration
process, we apply a one-way hash.
4. WHERE WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your Information is processed by us or our service providers in different countries around the
world, Including the United States, Hong Kong, and other regions.
5. HOW LONG WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION
Your Information is kept for as long as you are registered or using our InsGame, and then for up
to three years from the date you stop interacting with the InsGame. When deleting Information,
we will take measures to make the Information irrecoverable or irreproducible, and electronic
files which contain Information will be deleted permanently.

Erasure/deletion: you can ask us to delete your Information. We may need to retain some of
your Information where there are valid grounds for us to do so under data protection laws. For
example, for the defence of legal claims, respect freedom of expression, or where we have an
overriding legitimate interest to do so, but we will let you know when this is the case.
Access: You have the right to access Information, and to receive an explanation of
how we use it and who we share it with. This right is not absolute. For example,
we cannot reveal trade secrets, or give you Information about other individuals.
Objection and withdrawal of consent: You have the right to (i) withdraw your
consent where you previously provided such consent; or (ii) object to our
processing of your Information where we process such Information on the basis of
our legitimate interests (see above under How we use your personal information).
